Adrian Wright

Adrian Wright serves clients across Malibu, Topanga, Calabasas, and the greater Los Angeles area with deep local roots, having lived in Topanga since 1986 and earned her real estate license in 1986. Her extensive background includes roles as a Realtor, escrow officer, and loan officer, alongside specialized experience as an award-winning short sale negotiator for Bank of America during the financial crisis, which she leverages to assist clients facing mortgage distress. Beyond her transactional expertise, Adrian brings a strong commitment to community service and environmental stewardship, having volunteered with the Topanga Community Club since age 14 and served as its President. She actively supports local initiatives through The Topanga Women's Circle, school committees, and beach clean-ups, while managing the office of the Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains in the 1990s to deepen her understanding of regional environmental concerns. Currently working at Compass Malibu alongside her son, Jordan Wright, Adrian is dedicated to ethical practices and securing the best possible outcomes for her clients.
