Allen Studebaker is the founder of The Studebaker Group at Compass in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he has successfully closed $850 million in real estate since 2003. His practice is built on a foundation of corporate professionalism and a deep commitment to deadlines, honed during his 16 years in management at United Parcel Service. He guides clients through the purchase and sale process with high-level skill sets and prides himself on being a strong negotiator who is well respected by his peers in the local real estate community. Allen and The Studebaker Group have consistently ranked as one of the top real estate teams in the Valley of the Sun, yet his primary goal is to cultivate trusted, lifelong relationships with clients and referral partners rather than simply maximizing volume. Beyond his professional achievements, Allen is passionate about giving back to the local community through active involvement with Make-A-Wish Arizona, Homeward Bound, and The Arizona Housing Fund. He resides in Cave Creek, AZ with his wife Andrea, their son Brady, and their two dogs, Sophie and Roxy.
