Brandon Layne
Brandon Layne brings over a decade of industry experience to his role as a full-time realtor, having apprenticed with a top broker and investor while earning his undergraduate degree in Finance. During his time at the firm, he mastered the full spectrum of real estate operations, including client experience, transaction management, marketing, and closing, while also gaining specialized skills in financial modeling and investment analysis. He has since managed and closed more than 200 transactions across residential, commercial, and investment sectors, providing the diverse knowledge needed to guide clients through complex market variables.
Brandon is known for his collaborative approach, working closely with both clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality problem-solving and clear communication. His attention to detail and intuitive negotiation strategies give clients a distinct advantage, often resulting in increased net earnings for sellers.
