Chris Levally

Chris Levally brings decades of experience to the Scottsdale market, having successfully sold, developed, and managed residential real estate since moving from Chicago in 1991. He began his career in multi-family sales at CB Richard Ellis and went on to develop several residential projects, including new single-family subdivisions, apartment-to-condominium conversions, and commercial developments. His background also includes serving as Director of Maintenance for the largest single-family homeowner in Arizona, where he managed repairs for thousands of homes in the Valley. This extensive experience has earned him a loyal client base ranging from first-time home buyers to condominium builders. Chris is known for his deep local knowledge and diverse skill set, which allows him to guide clients through every stage of the transaction with confidence. When not working, he trains for and races in athletic endurance events, including Ironman Triathlons, having competed in venues around the globe since the 1990s.
