Cory Flotta

Cory Flotta is a Phoenix Valley Realtor and entrepreneur who transplanted from Pittsburgh in 1999, bringing deep expertise in the region's elite golf communities. His background as an agronomist with Troon Golf provides unique insight into land and residential development, while his current leadership of CK Home Group offers a full concierge experience for residential, land, and commercial transactions. Beyond real estate, Cory owns and operates Chace Salon and leads the Tyler Peacock Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization established in honor of his late son. His extensive customer service experience, finite attention to detail, and tireless work ethic ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded.
