With a background rooted in land and agriculture from his childhood in Dallas, Derrick’s experience spans working with landowners, oil and gas, and resource management. A graduate of The Citadel, he previously worked in the energy sector and as a drilling contractor before joining Compass and later Icon Global. He now co-leads the Monning Dameron Ranch Group, leveraging his extensive knowledge and outdoor pursuits like hunting and fishing to serve his clients.
