Grace Miralle-Wilkens is a dedicated real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, working with the Grace - Kelli Team. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate transactions, including representing first-time buyers, assisting investors with rental properties, and helping sellers list and market their homes for top dollar. Grace’s experience also includes purchasing bank-owned, REO, and HUD properties, as well as negotiating short sales, enabling her to anticipate client needs and navigate complex transactions effectively. Born and raised in the Philippines, Grace immigrated to the US over 30 years ago and has lived in California, Nevada, and now Austin, Texas. Her diverse background and global perspective enhance her client service approach, and her strong communication skills ensure a smooth, worry-free experience. When not working, Grace enjoys outdoor activities, exploring different cultures, and staying active through various fitness classes.
