Heather Patterson is a Partner, Business Coach, and Real Estate Advisor with S4 Real Estate, a Scottsdale-based team affiliated with Compass. She serves buyers and sellers across Arizona, with a particular focus on North Phoenix, Sonoran Foothills, North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Anthem, Peoria, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and surrounding communities.
