Maryam Ghajar

Maryam Ghajar is a Compass broker with over 25 years of international business development experience across four countries and three continents. She brings intimate knowledge of the Bay Area and greater California to her practice, while also assisting clients in exploring investment opportunities in Dubai and Europe. Her background includes specializing in land transactions for the hospitality industry and leading an office conversion of a historic building in Rome, which sparked her passion for architecture and led to an associate degree in the field. A Georgetown University graduate with a second master's degree in real estate development, Maryam is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, Farsi, French, and Portuguese. She offers holistic support ranging from remodeling and interior design to garden planning, alongside her current projects developing sustainable wellness resorts and ground-up condo developments in Portugal. As a relationship coach and volunteer leader with the San Francisco Symphony, she provides luxurious white glove service, expert guidance on personal growth and goal setting, and prompt, hands-on communication throughout every transaction.
