Michael Springer is a third-generation real estate broker with over 25 years of experience serving sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. His expertise spans commercial real estate, multifamily, office, retail, NNN, and income properties, where clients value his steady guidance and superior market knowledge. With strong financial and analytical skills, he understands market changes and evolution, excelling in delivering results for selling, buying, or finding high-quality, long-term tenants. Michael is particularly adept at guiding clients through the 1031 exchange process and helping them navigate the evolving landscape to capture opportunities in residential, commercial, creative office space, and live-work environments.
