Natalie Hatvany Kitchen represents clients across San Francisco in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condominiums, TICs, and multi-unit buildings. As a second-generation agent with deep local knowledge, she combines data-driven market evaluation with advanced negotiation tactics to deliver successful outcomes for first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike. Her background includes two years practicing law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she honed skills in disclosure review and risk mitigation that she now applies to protect both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction. A Yale alumna who earned her BA from Convent of the Sacred Heart and a JD from Harvard University with a focus on California real estate law at UC Berkeley, Natalie brings rigorous analytical rigor to her practice. After more than eleven years partnering as part of Team Hatvany, San Francisco's #1 team, she has closed an extensive number of deals while maintaining an extreme work ethic. She also leverages her experience growing up around development sites and her current role as an avid remodeler to advise clients on property potential and strategic improvements.
