Olivia Guza serves residential clients in the Phoenix area with a background in boutique commercial brokerage and a deep passion for guiding them through the home buying and selling process. Originally from Montana, she moved to Arizona in 2019 to pursue her academic journey at Arizona State University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Real Estate. This unique educational combination allows Olivia to approach negotiations with a deep understanding of both her client's priorities and the motivations of other parties involved. She crafts strategies that protect her client's interests while finding common ground to secure the best possible outcome, ensuring that every transaction involves significant financial and emotional support. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys traveling, skiing, design, fashion, live music, sunsets, hiking, and exploring new spots around the valley.
