Pam Kennedy

Pam Kennedy is a seasoned Realtor® with nearly four decades of experience serving the Whittier, La Habra, and surrounding southern California communities. Originally licensed in 1984 to explore investment opportunities, her career quickly evolved into a full-time passion for helping clients achieve home ownership. Over the years, she established a strong reputation for knowledge, honesty, and integrity, notably serving as the top producer at Coldwell Banker Ambassador for over a decade and consistently ranking in the top 2% of sales nationwide. Born and raised in Pomona, CA, Pam is a southern California native who moved to the Whittier/La Habra area in 1976. Beyond her real estate success, she is deeply committed to giving back to the community through years of leadership in PTA and scouting. Her dedication to service extends to board memberships at the Intercommunity Child Guidance Center and the Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Orange County, as well as volunteering for La Habra Meals on Wheels.
