Pier Porrino serves buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across the East Bay with a focus on residential sales, including multi-unit new development condominiums, lofts, and commercial spaces. Her industry connections allow her to coordinate a broad array of buyers, sellers, lenders, and experts to ensure every transaction moves with ease. Pier's ability to quickly and accurately assess market values empowers her clients to make sound real estate decisions and maximize their investments. Prior to joining Compass, Pier worked for Corcoran Icon Properties in San Francisco, Piedmont, and Caldecott Properties in the East Bay. A graduate of UCLA with a degree in Communications & Marketing, she brings deep local knowledge of Oakland neighborhoods to her practice. Beyond her professional work, Pier supports the Ride-A-Wave Foundation and Shared Adventures, organizations dedicated to introducing children with physical and emotional disabilities to the natural beauty of the Bay Area.
