Ray Rodriguez

Ray Rodriguez is an Executive Vice President of Investments at The R&Z Group of Compass Commercial, specializing exclusively in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout the Bay Area and Southern California. As a Division 1 Football Player at San Jose State University where he led his team to a top-20 national ranking with an 11-2 record, Ray brings exceptional work ethic, execution skills, and a deep passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Since launching his career in 2016, Ray has successfully closed over $100 million in investment sales within his first full year and continues to drive results alongside his business partner Tony as managing partners of The R&Z Group. A member of the Tri-County Apartment Association, MLS, LoopNet, CoStar, and the National Multi-Housing Group, he is also a Board Member for the nonprofit "Called Up" and remains committed to supporting clients through every phase of their multifamily transactions.
