Susan Abbott serves buyers and sellers across Chicagoland, specializing in a diverse range of clients including singles, families, and seniors. Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2007, she has closed over $45 million in sales, known for her attentive listening, negotiation skills, and dedication to achieving her clients’ goals. With a background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trained mediator, Susan brings strong advocacy and communication skills to her real estate practice. She holds a GREEN Designation from the National Association of REALTORS® and is committed to helping clients understand and market environmentally sustainable properties. Susan earned her undergraduate degree from Marquette University and her master’s in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago.
