Val Roberts serves clients across Arizona with a specialized focus on residential sales, multi-family leasing, and executive relocations for major corporate partners like PetSmart and Salt River Project. Since joining the Launch powered by Compass family in 2022, she has established herself as a multi-million dollar producer known for unwavering integrity, building lasting client relationships, and achieving collaborative success in every transaction. Her career began in California in commercial lending before she moved to Phoenix to work as a Development Manager at Alliance Residential, where she earned her Arizona license. Val holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from Cal Poly, Pomona, and recently secured the leasing contract for The Bergen, a $55 million luxury apartment community in The Grove. A former Development Manager and licensed broker since 2017, she brings deep market expertise and a values-driven approach to every deal.
